Description

Having an optimistic attitude is a great skill to teach your kids!

In this adventure you will:
-Complete an acts of love challenge
-Act out being grumpy and negative
-Push out doubts
-Write a story or read one
-Learn ways to turn your attitude around
-“Search” for happiness
-Do a craft or project together

If your children feel that they should be happy all the time, please explain that it is ok to be sad or upset sometimes. Everyone has bad moments, but you are trying to teach them that bad moments don’t have to make a bad day, week, year, or life. In these activities we are trying to teach them that bad moments can be replaced with good moments and that looking at things in a positive way is much healthier than looking at them in a negative way.
