More Rainbow Play – Another great addition to the color series, the Hide-N-Seek Neighborhood is sure to delight any game enthusiast. Inspired by my own little one who loves playing the timeless game of hide-n-seek, this colorful set will motivate your little explorer to find, put together, and play with the colors of the rainbow. Placing the people in their coordinating hiding spots is not only a great fine-motor skill-builder, it also sharpens color recognition, and nurtures imaginative thinking-through-play. This colorful neighborhood comes in a drawstring pouch and is the perfect size for toting to the doctor’s office, a restaurant, or grandpa’s house.
Each little person measures about 2” tall.
Each little hiding spot is about 2.5” tall.
Each piece has been hand painted with a nontoxic, water based wash. They have been lightly sealed with a combination of organic beeswax and jojoba oil to keep the colors vibrant and the pieces durable.
*Note: Though these pieces are intended for toddler use, if used incorrectly they could pose a choking hazard. They ARE NOT intended for children who still Mouth things. As with ALL toys, children should ALWAYS be supervised while at play.
*Note: Color May Vary from Batch To Batch Depending on the Water Color Wash and How the Wood Accepts the Color. Thank you! *
All of my creations are intended to aid in child development and be used as early educational toys. I am inspired by Montessori, Waldorf, and other philosophies of learning through play, and it makes me smile to see these made with love pieces being toted for use in natural play and as preschool toys.
