Description
Stacking Town knows what it’s like to be compact. It’s a small little town, in the middle of, wherever your little one’s imagination creates – it fits in the nook and cranny of inspiration. Three houses make up this quaint little neighborhood. Nest them together for easy tote-ability or stack them on top of one another to build a skyscraper. These wooden nesting houses are sure to entice your little ones creative thinking and architectural planning. They make a great table toy; or fairy house for the park; or addition to a traditional block or car set. The doors and windows are printed on the front and back; one side assuming they will be stacked, the other side assuming they will be left open-topped so your little people or trinkets can be placed and hidden inside. They are shipped, all nestled together in a muslin pouch.
The largest house measures approximately 5.5 inches tall and 4 inches wide
The shortest house measures approximately 4.5 inches tall and 3.5 inches wide
The sizes make them the perfect accompaniment to the Gnome Man’s Land Play Set in the TOYS section of the shop (the last two pictures show both sets together, but this listing is for the houses ONLY).
Each house comes inked with doors and windows, and unfinished so if you wanted to paint and wax them, it would make a great design-a-house project.

All of my creations were made with your little one in mind. Each piece was designed to nurture child development through open-ended play. These pieces can be used to broaden your little one’s understanding and knowledge of our world and were created as early educational toys. I am inspired by the teachings of Montessori; the natural beauty of Waldorf; and incorporate a myriad of other learning-through-play philosophies when I design. It makes me smile to see my made-with-love pieces being toted for use as preschool toys and in natural play settings. Thank you for helping me support little minds, bodies, and imaginations through engaging, hands-on play and discovery.
