Silent Vendor Form

Yes, I agree to the following:

1. Teaching in the Home will be allowed to sell my items based on the price indicated on this form. 
2. I retain all product ownership and only allow Teaching in the Home to sell my items on my behalf. I can withdraw my permission to sell at any time. I will allow up to 48 hours for the item to be taken off the marketplace. 
3. I will receive 60% of the sale price of my item. I will receive 80% of the sale price of my item if the price of the item is $60 or more. All payment processing fees will be paid for by Teaching in the Home. 
4. Any item put up for sale will be digital. Correct files are sent with this form. 
5. I will receive a monthly payment for my items through PayPal no later than the 15th of the month. If my balance is less than $10, the funds will rollover to the next month. 
6. Resources must be sold for $2.00 or more OR are also allowed to be given away for free. 
7. I allow Teaching in the Home to edit any wording, SEO optimization, or product information that they see fit. If I disagree with their choices, I will ask for it to be changed or revoke my permission to sell my item. 
8. I will respond to any messages Teaching in the Home sends me concerning my product. 
9. Products may be taken down at any time by Teaching in the Home. Notice will be sent to me through email as to why. 
10. I agree to my products being promoted through social media outlets including but not limited to Pinterest and Instagram.
