LOVE is in the air! – Just in time to brighten up your Winter. These colorful hearts are the perfect Valentine for your little love. These handheld manipulatives are great for transferring activities, counting, color sorting, differentiation tasks as well as a myriad of open-ended play (or to hand out as “wishing hearts” on Valentine’s Day!)

These Hearts have been hand painted with a nontoxic water based wash. They have been lightly sealed with a combination of organic beeswax and jojoba oil to keep the colors vibrant.

Each set comes with 18 hearts, in 3 different shapes each, in a drawstring pouch:
3 red
3 orange
3 yellow
3 green
3 blue
3 purple

Each heart measures approximately 1″. Due to their size, they are not meant for children who still put things in their mouths as they could present a choking hazard. As with ALL toys, children should be supervised while at play.

All of my creations are intended to aid in child development and be used as early educational toys. I am inspired by Montessori, Waldorf, and other philosophies of learning through play, and it makes me smile to see these made with love pieces being toted for use in natural play and as preschool toys.
