Rainbow Bowl – A Montessori and Waldorf Inspired Wooden Materials Kitchen Learning Toy

Let your little chef’s imagination grow with this beautiful Rainbow Bowl. Each set comes with a lidded, round canister, a scooper spoon, and 12 multi colored balls to scoop, pour, transfer, and sort. Encourage a deeper understanding of early color concepts and physics while building dexterity, fine motor skills, and coordination with this beautiful toy. Let the kitchen creations begin with this open-ended play set.

Each ¾” ball has been colored with a nontoxic washed and lightly sealed with a combination of beeswax and jojoba oil.

The canister measures about 3″ wide by 2″ tall and the scoop is about 3″ long. Both pieces have been left in their natural wooden state.

*NOTE – The balls are 5/8” diameter and are not intended for children who still mouth things as they could pose a choking hazard. As with ALL toys, children should be supervised while eat play.

All of my creations are intended to aid in child development and be used as early educational toys. I am inspired by Montessori, Waldorf, and other philosophies of learning through play, and it makes me smile to see these made with love pieces being toted for use in natural play and as preschool toys.
